Mental Health Mondays Walks In-Person

Self-care starts with planning time to work and relax. The Health Education Center is pleased to model mental health self-care with two chances to walk and talk.  The group gathers in Otis Library's atrium and walks the downtown area.  In inclement weather, stretching and chair yoga will be offered instead. Start your week focused on your health!  Drop in; no registration required.
