A representative from the The Southeastern Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Inc. (SCADD) will be at Otis Library every Wednesday from 1 PM - 2:30 PM. Visit for a private discussion about addiction, recovery, and the many services that SCADD offers to help you or a loved one on the journey to recovery.
