Intro to Mindfulness: Tools for Stress Management & Emotional Wellbeing In-Person

Intro to Mindfulness is an 8-week program that helps you discover how mindfulness and meditation can give you the freedom to choose how you respond to life. Learn practical tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, connect with others, and find peace and joy in the present moment. Programming is secular and rooted in science. No special equipment is needed. No experience is required. Participants are expected to attend all 8 weeks with a final ceremony for participation.  Registration is required; please email Kia at baird@careerresources.org to register.
