Celebrate America’s 250th with local historian Bev York as she explores the Declaration of Independence, the role of the Continental Congress, and Connecticut’s four signers. Discover the curious Norwich “rhubarb scandal” that kept one man from signing, and uncover the stories behind this moment in history. An entertaining and educational program for all ages.
