Sourdough 101 w/ Misha Uhl In-Person

Join sourdough baker Misha Uhl for “Sourdough Breadbaking 101,” a beginner-friendly introduction to the art of sourdough breadmaking. Perfect for first-time bakers or anyone looking for a refresher, this hands-on workshop provides a step-by-step demonstration of how to create a basic sourdough loaf from start to finish. Participants will learn what sourdough should look, smell, and feel like throughout the baking and fermentation process, with examples provided at every stage. Each participant will go home with their own sourdough starter as well as detailed recipes and instructions. For ages 12-18. Registration required.
