Meeting Room (Otis Library: Second Floor) Capacity: 18
Description
The Meeting Room has a capacity of 18 seated around a square configuration of tables. This room has a wall mounted dry erase board, mobile A/V equipment, and access to a kitchenette. The room is available to nonprofit organizations and community groups for meetings or programs that are cultural, educational, recreational or civic in nature. Certain restrictions apply. Please review the room use policy and complete the online application form. The application form is to be completed by the contact person for your organization. Failure to complete all required booking questions accurately and thoroughly may result in delays, as Otis Library administrators may need to follow up to further assess my request for room use.
