Community Room (Otis Library: Second Floor) Capacity: 80
Description
The Community Room, located on the second floor, has a capacity of 128, depending on the configuration. It comfortably fits 80 in assembly style seating. The room has a podium, A/V equipment, and access to a kitchenette. The room is available to nonprofit organizations and community groups for meetings or programs that are cultural, educational, recreational or civic in nature. Certain restrictions apply. Please review the room use policy and complete the online application form. The application form is to be completed by the contact person for your organization. Please review our Policy for Use of Library Rooms on the library website at otislibrarynorwich.org. Failure to complete all required booking questions accurately and thoroughly may result in delays, as Otis Library administrators may need to follow up to further assess my request for room use. All room booking requests submitted through otislibrarynorwich.org are placed on hold until they are reviewed and either approved or denied by administrative staff.
